Instructions for Uniforms

  1. All students are expected to wear the school uniform specified. The pattern and colour should be correctly followed.
  2. For all students the proper footwear in both summer and winter is black leather shoes or white shoes no shoes or any other colour or kind o permissible in school.
  3. Girls upto 7th Std. must wear the knee length skirt. (divided)
  4. The cut off trouser should be straight. Fancy trousers like well bottoms narrow bottoms are not permitted.
  5. White tie should always be worn under the shirt by all students (boys/girls)
  6. Each and every students will be in proper and complete uniform failing which will be find Rs. 10/- per-day.
  7. Hair Style Boys: Plain Simple Haircut, otherwise fine of Rs. 250/- be imposed. Hair Style Girls: Girls with long hair must tie double plaite and band with short hair.
  8. Blazer is compulsory for all.
  9. This year, we will have 5 houses- Atam, Vallabh, Samudor, Inder, Ratnakar.
  10. T-shirt according to the house have been allotted to them.

Guidelines for Students

Rules for Communication

All communications between the school authorities, teachers and parents will be made through the diary of the students. If there is a dire need then the Parents can meet the Principal between the structured time-period.

Scholastic Conduct

  1. School has profound faith in self discipline as it believes that discipline is essential in all walks of life. It is an integral part for the development of personality.
  2. The school does not aim of merely stuffing the minds of the students with facts and figures. Its object on the other hand is to mould them into fine disciplined citizens of India.
  3. The students should be courteous in their dealing with one another or with employees in the school.
  4. No student upto 8th standard is allowed to come to the school on Scooter/Automobile. They should keep their cycle properly in proper place.
  5. Students are warned not to damage smith boards/notice-boards, desks and any other school property.
  6. The students are expected to act in responsible way, once they are admitted to this institution.
  7. Every student should bring diary daily.
  8. Students must reach at least five minutes before the morning assembly.
  9. The warning bell before the class is a signal for all to go for the assembly. If the should be done in complete silence.
  10. Refinement in manners, habits of obedience order, neatness in person, dress and punctuality are required at all times.
  11. Students are warned not to buy any thing especially eatables from the street vendors.
  12. Students must come in proper school uniform which must be clean, neat and tidy.
  13. They should be regular in attendance. School 1-Card must be with them on all working hours.
  14. Students are strictly forbidden to leave the school premises during school hrs. Unless the parents/guardians whose signatures are on the admission form and on the school diary come in personally.
  15. The school reserves the right to take stern action and even to struck off the name of the students from the school roll who one found guilty of mis-conduct.
  16. Non-Veg, food and Junk Food is not allowed in the school premises.
  17. Mobile Phone in the School Premises is Strictly Prohibited.

Rules for Library

  1. Students from class 4th onwards are members of school library.
  2. Any student can borrow one book at the fine for 7 days.
  3. A non-transferable library card is issued to the students. In case of loss of that card, a duplicate card can be issued after paying Rs. 10/- for that.
  4. Books issued should be looked after properly and returned on one date otherwise in case of Rs. 5/- per day for each book will be charged from the students.
  5. If the student loses or defaces the book issued, he/she will be asked either to replace the same or pay for it in the form of fine.

Mode of Payment of Fee

  1. A copy is issued to the student at the beginning of the year or at the time of admission.
  2. The copy will be kept in the school office and issued the same to each student at the beginning of the month of fee with the amount written on it as Fee will be collected bi-monthly in advance.
  3. The bank will accept the fee from the parents on the dates mentioned in fee book and in care of late fee, a fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged.
  4. Parents can also pay the fee online through UPI, debit card, or credit card.
  5. Tuition fee and the compulsory fee are paid for two months. Separately & in seperate accounts.
  6. If the student's fee is not paid in time, he/she will not be permitted to sit in the examination.
  7. If the student loses the bank copy, a charge of Rs. 20/- will be taken for issuing the duplicate one.

Rules for Promotion and Examination

  1. No examination or oral test will be taken from the absentees before and after the scheduled time.
  2. Promotion of students is based on the whole year's academic performance, i.e, on the unit tests, S-1 & S-1 exams & on the holiday home assignment etc. Hence the improvement or regularity in attendance & work is also required.
  3. 80% attendance is necessary for the promotion of a child, in case of illness, doctor's certificate should be provided.
  4. Continual failure in any one subject or more than one subject will be subjected to demotion and promotion to such students will not be given.
  5. Irregular attendance, dropping of exams, failure in the exams are sufficient reasons for detention the student.

Leave Rules

  • No school leaving certificate is issued without a written application from the parents or guardian side.
  • All dues of the school should be settled before receiving the school leaving certificate.
  • For issuing the school leaving certificate, one month notice should be given by the parents.
  • Exception may be made in case of transfer of Govt. and Military personnel.
  • Those who wish to leave the school in MAY, must pay the fee for the month of June too.

Rules for Transfer (For Parents)

  • Every parent is required to his or to his or her child. So we request the parents to help us in maintaining the code of conduct in the school premises as they can do
  • Parents should get to know their child's school, its aims and attitude towards the values and beliefs.
  • They are expected to cooperate with the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline in their words.
  • They are required to go through the prospectus carefully before signing the admission form. Kindly check the school diary of your child to get an idea to ensure whether the instructions are being followed by their wards or not.
  • Kindly see your ward's notebooks and books should be in neat and clean position having covered with different sparkle stickers allotted to each subject.
  • Ensure that your ward comes to school with all reading and writing material as required day wise.
  • Attend the parent teacher meetings to ensure the child's progress in school.
  • Be ensure that your child is going in proper uniform as structured division of days for different uniforms (On Friday every end of days.)
  • Inform the school authorities if your address and telephone number are changed.
  • Don't pay any dues to the school employee, who is not authorized to take money. Please ask the school counsel signed receipt payment in school by you.
  • Don't send your ward to school if he/she is sick.
