Leave Rules
Regular attendance supports learning. Leaves should be taken only when necessary and with proper intimation.
Parents are requested to ensure punctuality and regular attendance. If a student needs leave due to illness or unavoidable reasons, a written application should be submitted. Continuous absence without information affects academic progress and discipline.
- Leave application should be submitted in advance (if planned).
- For illness, medical certificate may be required for extended leave.
- Students returning after leave should re-join classes promptly and complete pending work.
- Avoid leave on test/exam days unless unavoidable.
Guidelines
- Inform the class teacher about absence/leave.
- Submit leave note/application signed by parent/guardian.
- In case of emergency, inform the school office as soon as possible.
- Half-day leave may be allowed only with prior permission.
Attendance & Exams
Minimum attendance may be required for exams as per school policy. Students should maintain regular attendance and avoid unnecessary leave during assessment periods.
