For this, different houses are engaged the weekly duties to conduct morning assembly. To inculcate moral values in the students, the school starts each working day with morning assembly which includes recitation of Navkar Mantra, Bhagwan Mantra, Bhajan Mantra and Japi Sahib on the daily recited. The child is the father of man, it perhaps well said by Shakespeare. Children are full of energy, stamina and wisdom. They have the capabilities of leading the nation towards the path of development. Our school has established a Students Council is meant to enable the students to hold different offices and shoulder responsibilities in school management. Our school believes to protect consists of a Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, Deputy Head Girl, Head Girl, Captains, Vice Captains and Secretaries of all the houses. After selection, the school organized investiture ceremony for honouring them with badges & they too take pledge to do their duties with full dedication and determination. We are trying our level best to take our school on that track with the ever changing teaching trends. For this, although we have installed hi-tech audio-video equipment i.e. smart class education in all classrooms in order to make learning easier than before and we are successful in our mission as with these smart boards, the students are getting maximum practical knowledge of the subject which are not available in the books.
The school does not have the facility of a canteen in its premises. Rather it provides a weekly menu to the parents so that they may prepare the lunch for their ward according to the school Food Menu. In this way the child will get nutritious diet required for his/her growth. Apart from the lunch break, there is short fruit break after 10 minutes before the lunch break. For this the students are here by asked to bring seasonal fruit and with proper and uplifment of the students.
Moreover having no canteen brings equality among the students as they do not come across anyone who will spend money strictly by costly eatables. Even no hawker is allowed to stand near the vicinity of the school.
The school has its own school band which displays performance on all the important functions of the school. Our School band every year marks its presence in the important school processions like Mahasir Joyanti and Mahasir Janaml and on many Important days when the occasion rises the school band was always there on the gate to welcome the Chief Guest on all our Important activities i.e. on Sports Day, Annual Day, Independence Day, Janmastahimi Celebration and other important ceremonies etc.
School diary and schedule of work is published every year before the start of the session as this may be referred for exact dates of activities, examinations, holidays and other activities to be held during the year for the ready reference to the parents.
The school has a well equipped spacious library catering to the academic needs of the staff and students. The school telephone is meant for the information. So parents may ring up to the Principal or the office in order to enquire about their ward at any time or on any emergency but students are not permitted to have frequent calls on the school telephone and also not allowed to bring their personal mobiles.

The school has arranged private buses and vans which cover almost the entire area of the city. The buses also ply through the nearby villages too and the charges are very nominal. Certified, skilled and experienced drivers, conductors or attendants have been engaged for the purpose. Children are picked up and dropped at various stops fixed by school authorities. These children who misbehave in the buses/vans will be debarred from using them and will be asked to make their own transport arrangements.
Merit scholarships are offered only to those students who obtain merit position in their board classes of state & district level and show brilliant academic results from Nursery onwards.

The aim of physical education is the all around development of a child. It develops a person physically, mentally, physiologically, emotionally and socially. Providing qualitative physical education in the effective and scientific way is the method of S.A.V. Jain Day Boarding School. Our school has become activity packed with numerous sports. The integrated talents of the students are brought to play through these activities. Annual Sports meet is held after one year. Our students too participate of District, State and National Level. They also participate inter-school competitions organized by Punjab Board and you have lot to the school.
We have full facilities for Basket Ball, volley Ball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Khó Khó, Cricket, Hockey and Tennis and training is given to the students by well qualified coaches.
