Academic excellence is a sub-set of education. Information, knowledge, skills and attitudes & values, all together constitute holistic education.
The School’s curriculum and teaching methodology have been designed in a very practical and learner-centric manner. Students are encouraged to think creatively and acquire knowledge through innovative ways that test their analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our faculty at the School enlarges the learning experience. All teachers live on the campus and are actively involved in the extra and co-curricular activities that are penciled into the daily routine of the students. Be it on the sports field, the sphere of publications or debates, teachers take an active interest and share a healthy rapport with the students. Not only are they academically and professionally amongst the best, but have high standards of moral and ethical values, so that they can be true role models.
The school is committed to increasing its teacher development programmers, both academic and non-academic. We value our most invaluable resource – our teachers. They, in turn, not only transact the curriculum, but also generate an enthusiasm for learning and a questioning, critical disposition.
Any school is only as good as its teachers. Our School takes great care to handpick highly qualified, enthusiastic teachers with right aptitude such that the students receive education based on our philosophy of “Beyond the Books” schooling. Our school has a good blend of youth and experience among the faculty who make the residential program a lifetime experience for every learner.
The school’s policy is to invest heavily in faculty and staff training. All are expected to participate in workshops and seminars, both in school and with external trainers, and to attend regional workshops and conferences sponsored.
The School has an up to date library with a substantial collection of books and periodicals on a wide variety, accumulated over the years.
